Description and Requirements

A channel management role with focus on Market share goals, retail expansion & retail hygiene management for Consumer PC's, Visuals, S&P & Services upsell business catering to channel partner in Delhi state.

* The position is that of a Regional channel Manager based out of Delhi responsible to manage channel retail business for Delhi region which is strategically the most important area of North. Incumbent will be expected to manage assigned Exclusive & MBO channel universe of Delhi and would be responsible to deliver desired Sell out  ,Market share, Coverage, Mix , SOW & retail hygiene objectives for assigned accounts.


Expertise in Channel management.
* Excellent Market knowledge & Channel connect.
* Excellent Communication & presentation skills.
* Expertise in Account management skills.
* Experience in managing & reviewing a team of  AM’s & ISD’s to deliver various retail matrices.
* Rigor to track & achieve - Mkt share, LMS, LFN, Service connect, Store hygiene etc.
* Excellent Product Knowledge.
* Manage channel partner relationships and ensure that they have adequate support on Lenovo products.
* Good interpersonal skills & ability to interact with various stake holders( Product, Marketing, Vertical) within the organization to ensure fulfillment of channel objectives.
