What You'll Do:

This position will be responsible for leading a sales team to develop and execute on an aggressive customer strategy for Lenovo's large enterprise/corporate accounts in the Northeast region of the US. The ideal candidate must have the ability to form and develop high level relationships with large corporate technology customers. The Regional Sales Leader will lead a team of Corporate Account Executives throughout the region developing, managing and maintaining new and existing account relationships and delivering on aggressive sales objectives selling Lenovo's client portfolio including; PC, mobile devices, workstations, software and services. This position is responsible for overall coverage and go-to- market strategy, coaching the sales team, creative thinking and problem solving, and providing thought leadership with our business partner community. Monitoring and driving team performance is a key responsibility of this role. 


The successful candidate will have proven ability using a structured business management system to run a high performance sales team. Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10 years of successful technology sales is required 
  • PC/Technology industry background is required 
  • Previous management of sales professionals is required 
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements 
  • Superior customer retention, development, and acquisition skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge and established relationships with large enterprise customers in the territory is preferred
