Come join our team of achievers as a Regional Sales Manager, in our Mid-Market space, where  you will lead a team of seasoned Hybrid Account Executives and collaborate across specialty organizations (Workstations, Services, Visuals, Smart Office, Data Centre) delivering intelligent transformation through Lenovo’s full portfolio making powerful things happen for you, for Lenovo and most importantly for our Customers.

What You’ll Do:

Based in the Greater Toronto Area, the Senior Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a Hybrid sales team while developing and executing on the aggressive customer acquisition strategy for Lenovo’s Mid-Market accounts across Canada. The ideal candidate comes with agility; direct industry experience with proven success building trusted relationships across all levels, both internally and externally, within the SMB space. Under your leadership, you will motivate a Ontario based team through innovative coaching and development; inspire creative thinking, problem solving and empowering an environment where we believe great ideas and unique perspectives come from anywhere.  

Critical focus will be placed on managing and acquiring new accounts while delivering on aggressive sales objectives selling Lenovo's total portfolio including: PC, workstations, smart collaboration, software and services and solutions. This position is critical to our overall coverage and go-to-market strategy and requires strategic deal management and overall BMS to deliver against high-performance business objectives.

Essential Requirements:

•  4-7 years of demonstrated successful technology sales is required

•  2+ years of demonstrated success as a Sales leader managing a high-performance team

•  Experience selling services in technology vertical considered an asset

•  Experience building coverage models and vertical go to market strategies in the Small Medium Business space

•  Superior customer engagement skills with a strong focus on new business development

•  PC Hardware and Solutions industry background is an asset for and key success in this role

•  Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements

•  Excellent presentation skills; Deal Management and Negotiation skill

•  Robust knowledge and established relationships with large enterprise customers in the territory is critical

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

•  Bilingualism in French and English, both written and verbal is considered an asset
