Description and Requirements

The Regional Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting ISG Service Delivery in the territory assigned.

Client Satisfaction Management:

  • Identifies and analyses customer’s concerns and issues in the region. Integrates all involved parties, e.g. Lenovo’s service delivery partners, Lenovo level 3 and Product Engineering, Lenovo client care team to define and setup corrective actions.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationship for individual large clients.
  • Escalation point for entitlement and customer support issues

Service Partner/Vendor Management:

  • Manages service partners to deliver the services according to KPI and scope of work in his/her region
  • Plans and establishes the correct coverage levels and builds an efficient and resilient service partner network.
  • Manage the service partner's costs and drives service delivery performance together with delivery operations
  • Develops service quality improvement and enhancement plans to improve efficiency and cost saving in his/her region

Service Planning

  • Assist sales teams with delivery capability information
  • Plan parts stocking based upon contract sales reports
  • Enhance/adapt delivery capability in conjunction with business growth

Project Management

  • Manages the internal projects to deploy Lenovo global initiatives across the territory and EMEA
  • Initiates EMEA delivery improvement projects
  • Manages new tool/process roll outs


  • Reporting to EMEA Senior Manager Service Delivery.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Experience in service delivery and vendor management, preferably in the IT industry
  • Experience in working in distributed teams
  • Excellent oral and written English
  • German would be beneficial
