Description and Requirements

Here some of the activities to develop

  • Map carrier requirements, internal test case creation and drive compliance.
  • Analyze and support for RFI documentation. Samples management: quantity definition, remote programming support and distribution (Validation, Lab Entry, Sales, Marketing, PR, Regulatory)
  • Product schedule tracking (Interaction with Field Test; bug prioritization & fix; integration), Manage technical documentation (3GPP/FCC reports, LAB measurements, PTCRB/GCF certificates, etc)
  • TAM Validation per product/carrier, identifying gaps of implementation vs requirement.
  • Plan and execute Lab Entry (LE)
  • Track HW/SW issues and pursue carrier approval. Sync with 3rd parties test houses. Available to provide on site support when needed (abroad).
  • Over The Air updates deployment coordination
  • Technical Support of scope Change Request since opportunity identification until closure / commitment of change
  • Tracking Metrics (Lab Entry, Technical Acceptance, Ship Acceptance, TAM Validation, Change Requests, Security Maintenance Releases, Maintenance Releases, OS Upgrades)
  • Security Maintenance Releases, Maintenance Releases, OS Upgrades and Upgrades coordination (Planning and execution)
  • Consumer issues. Litigations.  3rd party apps.
  • Requirements:
  • Must have bachelors engineering degree in related field,
  • With 1 to 3 years of experience on a similar position or tasks.
