Description and Requirements


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Opportunity Uncovering: Identify opportunities and sell the benefits of Lenovo's full product catalogue, competing effectively against rivals.
  • Sales Solutions Configuration: Configure, price, and quote sales solutions, providing proactive follow-up and product information.
  • Account Support: Offer overall account support via telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast and Opportunity Management: Collaborate with the account team on corporate initiatives, including weekly forecast and opportunity management.
  • Operational Support: Support account managers and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in day-to-day activities.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines, especially during high workload periods.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, including international and global accounts, to address their needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, information technology, or similar subjects (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, Outlook, Customer Relationship Software, and SalesForce.com.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales track record with a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Operational Skills: Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
