Description and Requirements

Innovation is at the heart of Motorola, but it doesn’t stop with our Smartphones, it is in everything that we do. 
Can you transform the rulebook for our omnichannel marketing, can you influence our channel partners go-to-market plans in our favor? 

What tasks are waiting for you? 
In this position, you will be working within a local marketing team to plan, execute and implement our marketing strategy with our channel partners, and help the brand and trade marketing teams when needed. 

Working alongside local management and with the support of the European Marketing team you will: 
• Drive the Go-To-Market plans with our key channel partners both in-store and online, including, but not limited to: 
• Planning, creation and localization of semi-permanent and permanent POS, to maximize brand experience 
• Development of toolkits and geo specific assets including print/production management and digital assets 
• Regular audit of online presentation of Motorola products on partner websites ensuring correct execution 
• Planning, management and execution of display phones (mockups or live units) 
• Work alongside the regional marketing teams to plan out events and understand how their work can be implemented into our channels to increase brand awareness and targeted communications 
• Ensure internal alignment with our EMEA/global marketing guidelines as well as alignment of marketing goals with our local sales & channel teams and product 
• Explore other marketing opportunities to build the brand within the channel partners e.g. co-marketing that amplifies the core DNA of Motorola 
• Interface with customers in all related merchandising activities, supporting account managers, working with the trade team including any field teams to maximize our exposure to partner frontline staff. 
• Work with budgets, some 3rd party agencies and vendors 

Organization
You will report to the Head of Marketing in Poland.


What will help you to get your job done?
 • 1 -3 years of work experience in Marketing within the Telecom or IT industry
• Experience of implementing retail marketing campaigns
• Digital marketing experience 
• Dynamic personality with good communication skills, able to negotiate and build relationships
• Ability to inspire teams that need to be convinced of ‘new ways of working’ 
• Fluency in Polish & English as you will work within an international team 
• Ecommerce experience would be a plus
