Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own sales targets for Smart Retail in scope. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, channel, marketing, technical, operations and sales support programs to maximize sales, profitability, and Route-To-Market.
  • Be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive customer acquisition campaign in APAC markets. Articulate practical solutions for Smart Retail and demonstrate an ability to address customer pain points at a high level. Maintain and build trusted executive-level client relationships.
  • Understand industry trends, priorities, challenges, and market opportunities. Identify how Smart Retail products/solutions may bring value to clients in the relevant sectors.
  • Be responsible for leading, motivating, and coordinating with the regional sales and world-wide teams, e.g., product mgmt., R&D, delivery, marketing, etc. in pursuing Smart Retail solution business.
  • Be responsible for inspiring and facilitating Smart Retail business partners to thrive through outcome-oriented interactions & collaboration.
  • Review and guide Smart Retail business management and review systems to sustain and improve satisfaction score on Customer and Channel.


Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Eight to Ten (8-10) years of relevant sales experience in retail industry background, like large supermarkets, convenience stores, catering, retail banks, gas stations, cinema lines, amusement parks, airports, telecom operator stores, hotels & etc. 
  • Solid experience in Enterprise Software / Solution / Service Sales 
  • Result drive, analytically proficient, strategically minded with an operational outlook.
  • Capability in establishing and building customer relationship.
  • Ability to bring new sales deals consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Thai & English language must.
