Description and Requirements

Responsibilities of the position

Lead the North region for SMB business
 -Build & Manage the Volume  & Value Channel & customers through regional team.
 -Lead team to drive Identify the focus Volume & Value Channel Partners and Develop each of them    

   to deliver consistent business for Lenovo .
 -Devise strategy and Strong execution with strong review mechanism to grow PC ,Infrastructure,   

   Solutions Group

-Measuring and increasing performance of key acquisition KPIs through strategic analytics and

  initiatives to drive sales performance of the channel

-Develop new strategic relationships and facilitate formal agreements with other indirect channel sources to augment existing pipeline
