Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of services by both internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency so to enable more focus on strategic and value-adding activities
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and able to put he/her in customers’ shoes
  • Work closely with customer service team and manage all escalation, to ensure best service is provided to customers.
  • Ability to collaborate in a heavily matrixed environment 
  • Applicants should be strong in Communication skills, Drive for Results, and be comfortable dealing with an ambiguous situation
  • Candidate must be an independent, hardworking, responsible, good team player able to work under pressure & highly committed to the job
