Description and Requirements

Description:
  • Signal integrity simulation and analysis
  • Power integrity simulation and analysis
  • Stackup creation
  • Placement discussion/implementation
  • Routing rules creation
  • Board file review
  • Pre-simulation for over designed buses
  • Post simulation to make sure buses work well
  • Debugging for problematic buses
  • Familiar with tools operation like HFSS/Clarity, ADS, SIWave/PowerSI, PowerDC
Reuirements:
  • With 6+ year experience in server signal integrity field with deep insight of modern high-speed PCB materials and PCB manufacturing technologies across server industry
  • Fluent in English communication, excel at coordinating across geographies.
  • Experienced on technical collaboration with CCL vendors or PCB fab houses.
  • Sophisticated SI skills of simulation and VNA/TDR tests from component to end-to-end channel
  • Understand well on IEEE P370 standards as well as general high-frequency testing techniques
  • Player of DoE and good at Matlab script for post-processing of massive data
  • Great simulation-measurement correlation knowledge based on electromagnetic theories like physic models of lossy conductor, dielectrics and surface roughness scattering, even radiation.
