Description and Requirements

We are looking for a motivated university/business school student to join our EMEA eCommerce team for a period of 6 months to one year (in Bratislava, start date as soon as possible). This is an exciting opportunity to join Lenovo company and take on challenging real-life projects and initiate an exciting career in the IT sector. As Lenovo student, you will join our Online SMB Sales team in in order to provide general support in a variety of tasks. Our LenovoPRO SMB program was built to provide a unique B2B buying experience with benefits, and every day 1000’s of SMB customers will use our LenovoPRO Store to make purchases, discover DaaS/PCaaS and SaaS and gain benefits by moving their procurement of anything I.T over to their own tailored store with unique offerings to help support their business and business growth. Programs and projects you may focus on, but will not be limited to:
  • Registration process within EMEA and optimizing process alongside improving the agreed rules of engagement within EMEA and implementing a new CRM for our customer and Sales Representatives.
  • Support execution of outbound campaigns via SMB Inside Sales team
  • Support Program Coordinator to increase registrations and the number of active buyers.
  • Ensuring continued customer success, operational excellence, fostering continued collaboration between GEOS and program management via the SMB Project Manager.
  • Understand the key market verticals to support the execution needs of the Program Manager
  • Track and report on key metrics and use problem-solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights and deliver recommendations
  • Interact and communicate Merchandising plan to extended teams, work with the production hub to ensure customer experience is excellent, ensure actions are completed and priorities worked
  • Management System - Create management review material with the region/country manager and team pre weekly LenovoPRO SMB call

Position Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent data analysis capacity
  • Excel proficiency, PowerPoint and Salesforce
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Ability to work on your own and within a team
  • Passion for technology
Education and Experience Required:
  • Business Administration studies, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics or Sales and Marketing.
  • Eligible for an internship (still enrolled in University or have the possibility to obtain an internship agreement) for a minimum of 6 months.

Base salary is 360 EUR / month (gross) + 69 EUR meal card
