Description and Requirements

This Lenovo's Sales Representative is responsible for managing the end to end relation with distributors and channel partners. This person will provide business direction to the distributors and partners on Lenovo's strategic direction, as well as tactical plays. The candidate will provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support. This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full portfolio of Lenovo IDG (Intelligent Devices Group) and for selling against the competition. The person will also be responsible for successfully achieving sales targets (quota) and for weekly forecasts. 

This position requires a passionate and dynamic person that can develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the organizations including high level executives. This Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction for Lenovo’s SMB segment. This Sales Representative will also be engaged with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning. 

The successful candidate will be in Miami or the surrounding area and will cover the territory of Central America and Dominican Republic. Ideally, the candidate will have distribution and run rate sales experience. 

• 5+ years proven track record in selling Information Technology products into Latin America 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience 
• Fully fluent in Spanish and English
 • Personal Computers industry experience 
• Successful track record selling to the Central America Region 
• Knowledge of Dynamics / SAP is a plus 
• Ability to manage multiple sales engagements 
• Strong business acumen
• Solution Oriented with a Sense of Urgency 
• High accountability and self-motivation 
• 50% travel availability
