Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible to drive and manage the SMB Services Sales in covered markets
  • Conduct Business Reviews and closely work with PC product/4Ps team to run quarterly campaign planning, price competitiveness analysis, product and price promotions
  • Decide, execute and manage promotional activities (programmed and ad-hoc) to drive on significant sales growth
  • Act as a single point of contact of the Channel sales team community. Agree business plans with channel sales floor/accounts that set clear goals and objectives to maximize sell out and grow services sales pipelines
  • Attend internal and external meetings with Channel Sales Teams to promote Services offerings
  • Provide clear actions and directions to the internal Channel Sales team on the development and implementation of unique incentives, promotions, events, etc. to drive incremental services quoting activity
  • Provide training to channel sales team - including Services briefing, product update, services sales training, etc

You will report to the Field Channel Sr. Sales Manager. 

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ yrs experience of working in Sales environment working with System integrator and Business Partners
  • Have product management or 4Ps management experience will be an advantage
  • Business fluent English and German languages
  • Strong sales acumen, being able to set clear targets with tactical objectives
  • Being able to ensure effective communication to the senior management within Lenovo and your accounts
