Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责SMT生产过程质量监控工作；有效推动过程中风险识别、问题改善；

2、负责SMT对检验人员的质量检验培训、指导和监督；

3、负责对SMT不合格品的判定及制订纠正措施；

4、定期对SMT相关质量数据进行分析总结；并对检验标准、流程进行优化优化；

任职要求：

本科及以上学历

1)机械或质量相关专业,5年以上电子行业制程质量管理经验，熟悉过程质量管理。

2)对质量常用工具能够熟练运用，并有相关实际案例；具有一定的数据分析能力；了解质量体系相关内容。
