Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 执行维修规划，包括维修房BGA拆装、自动除锡机设备的使用等；
2. 负责维修主板的技术开发、方法教学，促进人力培养；
3. 负责维修主板WIP管控、维修员效率管控，减少主板维修的报废率，协助产线改善PCB主板的生产品质；
4. 负责新增业务的发展及执行。

岗位要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，材料、机械或电子专业优先；
2. 3年以上SMT制造工程相关经验；
3. 熟悉SMT维修工艺、电路知识；
4. 能够完成改善并输出报告，有专项改善经验优先；
5. 熟悉电路板分析，具备电子分析能力；
6. 吃苦耐劳，具有良好的沟通协调能力。
