Description and Requirements

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable with Software as a Service marketing &sales related business in both direct and Indirect model.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Work with business team to sort out software as service (SaaS) sales model including ( Lead to contract, order to cash, and business visibility )
  • Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements with business team, as well as define business capability framework and roadmap
  • Work with software sales system experts to evaluate existing systems (if there is), provide harmonized solution to support software as-a-service business increasing
  • Help develop detailed business capability enablement plans for the new business model/ offering or existing solution optimization including establishing key milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and high-level architecture
  • Work with a team of both functional and technical experts through requirements breakdown and sprint design sessions
  • Manage specific areas of the project/workstream, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk
  • Establish user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design, implementation, and business adoption.
  • Assist with executing system validation, organize UAT and ensure the success of deployment of the managed service platform to production

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in software as-a-Service business model or solution implementations and optimizations
  • Experience in the delivery and implementation of industry leading SaaS solution
  • Knowledge of SaaS, and best practices
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Strong communication skillsRich Agile experience
