Description and Requirements

We are now looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team in Czech Republic.

Responsibilities:

* Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
* Develop high level account relationships (C-level) to serve as a trusted consultant to our customers.
* Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments, including servers, storage and networking solutions.
* Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
* Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
* Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
* Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems.
* Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.
* Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.

Organization:

* Reporting to Senior Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

* Minimum seven (7) years sales experience in the Hardware market with a proven track record of success.
* Industry experience in Enterprise sector and track record of closing new accounts is preferred.
* Proven ability to sell Hardware solutions.
* Executive relationship within account set.
* Proficient with MS Office and sales CRM solutions (Salesforce.com).
* Proven ability to develop strategies to penetrate and sell to large entities.
* Use interactive tools including chat, forums, email, monitoring and other web based social media to exceed customer expectations.
* Ability to carry and overachieve ambitious targets.
* Fluent in English and Czech.
