Description and Requirements

The Director of NA PCSD Sales Enablement will manage a team responsible for several sales support and enablement functions in NA including RFP support, Sales program management, PS COE,  NA Customer Experience and NA Customer Operations.  This 2nd level leadership role was created to align NA Enablement resources into one team for greater synergy and to drive a cohesive support strategy.  This person will work closely with Lenovo Segment Executives and the Inside Sales leadership team extensively to ensure top level support resource and deliver excellent strategic and competitive programs to all of our Commercial sales teams. 

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement winning strategies and best practices for RFPs. 
- Manage NA Customer Fulfillment team supporting ecommerce post sale, sales support and NA customer care and concession processing
- Engage and drive NA transformation project implementation
- NA Sales Enablement program managers
- NA Customer Experience program manager
- Order to Cash Transformation
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
- 5 + years of previous sales or sales support experience preferred; including knowledge of product positioning, profit roadmaps and development of winning bid strategies.
- Management experience required.  Sales and Sales operation experience a plus. 
- High energy performance and positive attitude.
- Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams to successful and mutually agreed upon outcomes. 
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve Sales efficiency and drive productivity initiatives.
