As Consumer Leader for Nordics & Baltics, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for driving sustainable growth, building winning retail partnerships, and leading a high‑performing regional team in one of Lenovo’s most important markets.
The role reports to the General Manager, Nordics and can be based in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, or the Baltics. The role leads a cross‑regional team of ~10 consumer specialists in a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer Business & Partner Leadership
- Define and lead the Lenovo Consumer strategy for Nordic & Baltic, in close collaboration with retail partners, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain trusted, executive‑level relationships with key retail partners, based on transparency, joint value creation, and long‑term growth
- Drive structured Joint Business Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, and senior executive engagement
- Develop quarterly and half‑year plans for key partners covering assortment strategy, volume ambitions, demand generation, and full marketing mix
- Own the end‑to‑end P&L of the Consumer business, balancing growth, profitability, and brand health
- Ensure Lenovo delivers market share growth and share‑of‑wallet expansion across Nordic & Baltic markets
- Identify and unlock new and emerging consumer channels and routes to market
- Lead key seasonal moments such as Back to School, Christmas, and major campaign events
Ecosystem & Alliance Engagement
- Drive close collaboration with global and regional alliance partners (e.g., Microsoft, Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Google) to maximise joint go‑to‑market impact
- Work with Product Management, EMEA teams, and partners to shape relevant portfolios, pricing architectures, and propositions for each market
- Act as a connector between partners, marketing, services, and product teams to accelerate ecosystem‑led growth
Internal Leadership & Execution
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, and Services
- Establish a strong operating cadence that enables early opportunity identification, risk mitigation, and predictable forecasting
- Champion consistent ways of working across markets while allowing for local empowerment and entrepreneurship
People Leadership – A Core Mission
- Build and continuously develop the best consumer sales team in the Nordic & Baltic region
- Coach, mentor, and empower leaders and talents, with clear development plans and performance expectations
- Create a culture of trust, accountability, energy, and collaboration in a matrix environment
