🌟 Role Objective
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will act as the main strategic and operational support for the PC Sales Operations team in Chile, functioning as the “right hand” of the commercial organization. You will be involved in the end-to-end sales process, from forecasting to final product delivery, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and execution quality.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Act as a business partner to the sales team, providing both strategic and operational support.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process (forecasting, orders, invoicing, credit, and delivery).
• Monitor and manage pipeline, backlog, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and support closing processes (CAs, loads, inventory, aging).
• Proactively identify business risks and opportunities.
• Develop and optimize reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
• Deliver actionable insights and analysis to sales leaders.
• Align commercial strategy with operational execution (both macro and micro perspectives).
• Collaborate with supply chain and support teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
• Ensure data quality, pipeline hygiene, and proper definition of metrics.
• Drive continuous process improvement and reduce operational workload for the sales team.
• Promote the adoption of global tools across the region.
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of business models (onshore / offshore) and logistics operations.
• Experience working with commercial and/or sales processes.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI mandatory.

📅 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
