Description and Requirements

Measurement: Performance measurements will be directly tied to sell in of all PC+ portfolio on his/her specific accounts, sell out, premium mix and pentetration with End User. Also soft skills as user experience and customer satisfaction results.

Detailed Role Description: Account Planning: He/she has to generate yearly account plans with T1 & Distributors for End Users, generate Meetings and product updates, crate plan to include product portfolio and forecast for each the specific accounts.

Weekly BMS: He/she is responsible to load a 13-week rolling forecast for all of the portfolio by SKU with Sell in target. Also, responsible to plan all the strategy in needed by each account.

He/she is responsible for all the process of conciliation with the account incluid route, pricing, always leading T1/Channel in the relationship with the account.

Relationship: He/she is responsible to keep a healthy relationship with the account at all levels, to meet and review the business.

He/she has to create the communication paths between the account and all of Lenovo areas such as Service, Operations etc.

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, system engineering or similar. -Strong knowledge of computer systems and technical specs -Good written and Fluent spoken English. -Must be able to work well with various personalities. -3 years of experience in sales. -At least two years in hardware and computer sales. -Focus in teamwork; drive to achieve all commitments (we do what we say).
