Description and Requirements

Position Description:

The function of the Sales Support  is to provide direct support to a KAM in the ongoing development of prospective clients, to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.

Position Requirements:

• Inactive customer coverage / Opportunity identification    

• Support KAM in current/active customers’ requirements

• Understand customer needs and requirements

• Build competitive offerings (HW, SW, Services)

• Feed company tools as CRM and customer experience

• Maintain updated opportunities for weekly forecast reviews
• Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals

• Take care of customer experience
• Delivery status follow up

• Loading purchase orders

• Coordinate with operations and logistics customers deliveries

• Coordinate billing needs and credit request

• Opportunities development follow up

• Operative support of the segment (certifications, datasheets, P/N creation, supplier registration…)

• Products end of warranty follow up to send unsolicited proposals

• Customer demos delivery and return control

• Proven 1-2 years experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• English speaking, writing and listening
