Description and Requirements

Would you like to become a part of our Sales Transformation and Project Management Office (PMO)? 
You will facilitate and own the delivery of complex and diverse projects to support the achievement of the International Sales Organisation (ISO) Sales Transformation and Channel HQs’ strategic objectives with key focus on our Motorola business. Working with multiple teams across worldwide business units, sales and channel teams, this individual will be responsible for the end to management of projects, defining and owning the BMS, organising and motivating the project team and identification and delivery of solutions. 

This position calls for an experienced professional who can challenge the status quo, lead change, drive commitments to keep timelines and is able to communicate to all levels in the business. You will report to the ISO Sales Transformation and PMO director based in Scotland.

These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Build and lead transformational projects for the International Sales and Channel HQ organisation, primarily on Motorola related strategic initiatives
• Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams within the international sales teams, Lenovo geographies and business units
• Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead the project team, drive the key initiatives and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project results
• Drive substantial business improvement and enhance partner and customer experience through solid project planning, complex problem solving and innovative thinking
• Provide clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders at all stages of the project 
• Manage multiple, medium to large projects with varying complexity


What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
• Five plus years of experience in project management in large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations
• Demonstrable transformation or strategic change skills 
• Excellent cross group collaboration skills and proven ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries, experience in an international working environment is a plus
• Fast learner who can solve complex problems and deliver results in challenging situations
• Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences 
• Ability to prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team
• Conflict resolution capability & the ability to respond in a politically astute manner
• Professional fluency in English 
• Preferred: background in mobile business/ Motorola

Note valid for Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary from 3400 EUR, depending on experience + variable part
