About Our Team

The Worldwide Sales Transformation team is responsible for transforming our global sales organization and supporting business processes and infrastructure to achieve industry-leading revenue, margin, and customer experience. We are a team of passionate professionals who drive harmonized business processes across all geographies. These processes span the end-to-end sales journey, as well as the operational and support processes as we build future state digital solutions.

This team of strategic thinkers drive transformation by analyzing the needs of the business and partnering with business leaders, the PMO organization, and IT to drive internal and external change. Project-focused, the Worldwide Sales Transformation team delivers the new business processes and system enhancements, in a fast-paced environment to stay ahead of the competition.

What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic changes for the worldwide Sales organization
  • Lead enterprise application optimization projects
  • Use your keen business acumen, leveraging data, to identify gaps in business processes
  • Think strategically to improve business processes, prioritize business objectives, and design best practices
  • Harmonize new business processes across geos, regions, and business groups
  • Challenge the status quo of the organization design to ensure optimal resource structures to support anticipated business outcomes
  • Work with stakeholders and business leaders to drive user story collection, testing, training, post launch communication, etc. for function deployment
  • Create detailed project plans, mitigate risk and influence faster decision making

Position Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience required
  • 5+ years in project management experience to ensure projects are planned and executed in accordance with governance standards and expectations, internal policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines
  • Ability to ideate and drive multiple priorities with minimal direction and guidance
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues before they become major roadblocks
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing processes and systems at multiple stages of the sales funnel, with extensive experience in Marketing and Sales
  • Experience working with System Integrators (SI) and vendors
  • Process design experience on enterprise applications:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    • Marketo
    • Microsoft PSA
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Genesys telephony
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Adaptable and receptive to change
  • Ability to facilitate conversation between stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes
  • Understand SDLC following both the waterfall and agile development approaches
  • Ability to make decisions using data analytics
