Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Sales Operation Manager to join the Lenovo operations community, take ownership of shaping Lenovo’s future sales processes and lead the sales driven analysis for Lenovo Israel.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Lenovo Israel’s business methodologies. You will report directly to the Israeli GM and work closely with the local sales team leadership. You will shape and implement processes and manage the sales metrics (create, shape, analyze and monetize).

We are looking for a candidate with a "Get it done" approach to business, who feels very comfortable around numbers and systems and has an agile, "bigger picture" way of thought.
The person for this role, creates the solutions required for the situation, leverages internal professional relationships to achieve the local operational goals and feels "right at home" with ambiguity and a DIY approach to business .

About The Role :

* Work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize sales results and implement operational processes.
* Lead the analysis in the subsidiary - across all business segments.
* Own the local BI tools management - full data ETL processes, create dashboards and PowerPivot tools.
* Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights and reports
* Be the "go to" person for the Israeli GM and local senior management.
* Initiate and lead large scale projects to better the Lenovo Israel eco system.

Requirements :

* A bachelor’s degree of industrial engineering and management, business management or any other relevant field
* High proficiency with Excel - spreadsheet, VBA and PowerPivot data model
* English at a high level
* Knowledge of BI logic and data management.
* Be comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within the company (sales, product, finance, GSC, GL and more)
* Curiosity, proactiveness and love to helping others and getting things done

* Proven product and sales analysis experience
* Knowledge of large corporation structure and methodologies
* Technical savvy
