Description and Requirements

Job description：

1. Responsible for Lenovo PC software product definition and planning 

2. Cross BU communication and collaboration, drive development, test and operation teams to work closely to meet the product target, ensure the product implementation process and quality 

3. Co-work with cross dev. team to build up the PC SW product development plan, and keep tracking on the dev. progress, On target (TTM/TTQ) delivery Windows part device collaboration SW.

Job requriement:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or relevant.
2. 5+ years experience on Agile software devleopment.
3. Good understanding on Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc.
4. Experienced on product backlog management, user story writing and workload estimation, release plan, daily scrum meeting, retrospective meeting and other related knowledges. 
5.  Excellent communication skills with different stakeholderss including product owner, developer, designer and testing team, good verbal and written English skills
6. Good level of English (oral and written), CET8/IELTS is a plus
7. A Certified Scrum Master/PMP certification is preferred.
8. Software development background is a plus.
