Who You’ll Work With:

Lenovo’s data center solutions (ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile) are creating the capacity and computing power for the connections that are changing business and society.

What You’ll Do:

Join our Global Security Operations team in the impactful role of Security Business Operations Project Manager, reporting to the Head of Product Security for Lenovo PCSD inside the largest division of Lenovo! You will partner closely with the security team to own the content production and delivery of content to the executive team across Lenovo. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly synthesize information and use their outstanding communication skills to work with senior leaders to develop and build presentations and informative communications for varied audiences. You're a great fit for this role if you are a strong collaborator, a strong communicator, a detailed planner and a driver of collaborative change management processes and you enjoy working with both technical leads and executives. You must have an eye for detail, have a creative eye and aptitude for well-designed presentations, with an editor's mentality.

You will own content creation and design execution for presentations, including developing messaging, data visualization and stakeholder management to ensure deliverables are met on time •  Work closely with Security teams to produce organizational meetings including All Hands, Extended Leadership, and Manager meetings •  Partner cross-functionally to navigate through data sources to create metrics to track success of the business • Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to senior leaders • Responsible for monthly business metrics

You must have excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple partners, projects and conflicting timelines to successfully deliver results •  Demonstrated experience crafting presentations for executives with the ability to synthesize sophisticated data/idea into comprehensible story frames • Demonstrable experience in synthesizing sophisticated messaging into "customer" facing decks and communications • Outstanding written and oral communications skills to large audiences, including storytelling and crafting compelling professional presentations • Information design/data visualization • Powerpoint skills are a must • Excellent attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency • Highly collaborative across partners at all levels of organization, including ability and comfort with giving and receiving constructive feedback directly • Flexible work-style and humor under pressure •  Experience collaborating across time zones and cultures to achieve success as a member of a multidisciplinary team

In Summary you will:

·       Help coordinate SCOE team operations including the events calendar and the overall Business Management System.

·       Help oversee the implementation of various operational security tasks and initiatives that the security team is responsible for

·       Drive preparations for executive meetings and status reporting, including creating agendas, presentations, and written content

·       Gather and summarize BMS performance metrics

·       Organize and run cadence meetings within PSO and with security leaders across Lenovo

·       Help track budgets and expenses

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience

·       3+ years of experience of technical project management experience

·       3+ years management experience

·       2+ years cybersecurity experience

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Master’s Degree in a relevant field

·       5+ years of experience in cybersecurity project management

·       5+ years of management experience

·       4+ years cyber security experience

·       Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to work independently as well as function as an integral part of a team, take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced environment

·       Ability to successfully work across regions and functions to solve problems and get things done

·       PMP certification

·       CISSP certification

·       Mandarin language ability a plus but not required
