Position Description:

  • Responsible for overall SMB strategy, initiatives, policies & programs
  • Provide an integrated E2E BP management process & platform across the business segment
  • Support business segments to achieve country SMB and the Sub-Segment KPIs
  • Drive key initiatives & programs for strategic T1 Distributors on the growth in unmanage business partner
  • Initiate & drive channel programs with focus in SO/ST
  • Ensure Lenovo BP profiling classification; Evaluate reward categories that best meet the market dynamic.
  • Lead/manage core BP (T1 & T2) recognition event (annually)
  • Drive quarterly business review (QBR); BP performance (CA, Revenue, SOW)
  • Lead channels-related project or initiatives; such as PRM system enhancement project; channel capacity expansion
  • Drive Mid Market initiative including tactical programs and reason of call
  • Drive targeted marketing activities together with the new resellers in order to optimize the demand for Lenovo products in the marked and grow the Lenovo business with the reseller
  • Plan and reveiw the execution of quarterly marketing activities
  • Manage weekly forecasts and opportunity management via internal Lenovo tools
  • Responsible for the overall satisfaction of the resellers and customers
  • Engage and align with cross functional team and with regional stake holders
Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience with managing a sales team
  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a demand
  • English skills (basic written and good verbal)
  • Good team player who can contribute on a professional and at personal level to the lenovo team
  • Proven Track record of sales experience or knowledge of marketing
  • Creative with a sound structural approach
  • Good at maintaining professional relationships with both business partners and customers
