- Driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction in the organization’s FSI accounts in Hong Kong.
- Managing and maintaining account relationships through senior level engagements.
- Developing strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.
- Engaging with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning.
-To retain, develop, manage large customers and accounts
- Penetrate competitive accounts
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationship
- Understand customer needs and challenges to propose appropriate solutions
Job Requirement:
- 6-8 years proven track record in strategic selling to C level executives, strong Inter-personal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
- Degree in any relevant field
- Candidate must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, Passionate, and approachable
- Excellent sales track record
- Strong network with business partner/distributor
