Description and Requirements

We are looking for a person who is ready to lead the brand and win brand relevance in the North America Consumer market. Someone that has a strategic thinking, consumer experience and brand management knowledge who is collaborative and build strong relations internal and external. The Consumer Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the overall Lenovo brand, with particular focus on managing a 360 view of how to drive a successfully growth in North America. 

We are looking for a person who is ready to lead the brand and win brand relevance in the North America Consumer market. Someone that has a strategic thinking, consumer experience and brand management knowledge who is collaborative and build strong relations internal and external. The Consumer Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the overall Lenovo brand, with particular focus on managing a 360 view of how to drive a successfully growth in North America. The role requires to incorporate consumer insights, segmentation, competitive analysis and work with retailers to make sure there is a smooth consumer journey. 


This role will be in charge: 
  • Building 360 plans for the Lenovo brand and the North America Consumer portfolio Analyze consumer research, analytics, results to provide recommendations on the different campaigns 
  • Conduct media plans
  •  Work close with the global organization to drive the creative and strategies for the North America region Work with Sales and Retailers to build a cohesive plan that takes consumers through the full journey
  •  Work with external partners to drive different joint campaigns 
  • Plan and execute the brand budget 

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, business related, MBA preferred 5-10 years related marketing experience and ability to work independently PC/Technology understanding is a plus
  • Proven ability to driving cross functional marketing teams towards common goal
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Strong examples of creativity and strategic thinking 
  • Previous brand marketing experience in segmentation
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up sleeves and work through any issues that emerge.
