Description and Requirements

[Job Responsibilities] 

o   improve the privacy and data protection compliance system, such as optimizing data protection related systems, processes and specifications, implementing inspections, audits and internal investigations, carrying out trainings, dealing with emergencies, etc;

o   promote risk assessment and business compliance at specific business and national dimensions, improve control methods and improve control efficiency;

o   provide supports for specific business operation scenarios, and make risk assessment judgements and suggestions.

o   keep abreast of the development of relevant laws, policies, standards and typical events such as privacy and data protection, network security in China and other key countries (regions) around the world, analyze and predict the compliance trend, evaluate the impact and transform the relevant requirements into the local context.


o   familiar with Chinese and foreign laws, regulations and practice guidelines related to data protection and network security, such as the European GDPR, Chinese network security law, data security law, personal privacy protection law, ISO 27701, and GB 35273, etc; 

o   at least 3 years working experience in privacy and data protection compliance / data / network security area, and other related fields, with practical experience in IT related industries is preferred; 

o   graduate degree or above, working experience in law firm or consulting institution is preferred; 

o   have good risk identification, analytical capability, research, management and control related business perception, and have been involved in data compliance projects; 

o   have good logical thinking, oral communication and written skills, team cooperation and independent work ability, strong initiative and pressure resistance, and experience in project management and team management is preferred; 

o   good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, multinational enterprise or overseas study / work background is preferred.
