Description and Requirements
Are you passionate about developing and delivering sophisticated experiential marketing activations across multiple routes to market? We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, entrepreneurial, and collaborative Sr. Manager who can lead, develop, and execute our One Lenovo Experiential Marketing strategy across the US and Canada. As part of our International Sales Organization (ISO), the NA ISO Sr. Experiential Engagement Manager is focused on planning, developing, and executing sophisticated in-person and virtual events and customer briefings across NA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the NA ISO Experiential Marketing team and driving events and partnerships across all segments in alignment with business and marketing goals. In this is a cross-functional and collaborative position, you work closely with key stakeholders including the NA Leadership Team; WW Intelligent Devices Group; Infrastructure Solutions Group and Services and Solutions Group; Events Teams; Corporate Events and NA Marketing segments and route to market leaders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute sophisticated events ranging from virtual hospitality experiences and webinars; to customer briefings in our Executive Briefing Center; and to activations at Lenovo-led and industry conferences.
- Drive event activities and related sponsorships for all segments and business units within NA.
- Implement formalized processes for evaluating and managing key regional partnerships and agency relationships.
- Manage event and EBC budgets while working with the NA operations team to ensure alignment and budget tracking.
- Maintaining KPI tracking for in-person and virtual activations.
- Manage the Lenovo NA IDG Executive Briefing Center and events teams.
- Coordinate with the WW and corporate events teams.
- Provide strategy and direction for NA events including but not limited to: Sales Led Events, Customer Briefings, Lenovo’s annual Sales Kickoff, industry and vertical events.
- Partner with community relations for internal/external community events to ensure consistent support and messaging is present.
- Engage with key executives to ensure strategic alignment of activations and maintain high satisfaction ratings across events.
Basic Requirements:
- 5+ Years of event management or related experience
- Experiential marketing experience
