Description and Requirements

In this position you will be a member of the EMEA Logistics Operations team, and based in the Lenovo Bratislava office, reporting to our Senior Logistics Operations Manager. You will be responsible for Destination Logistics, and will work with our Logistics Providers, Sales teams and internal Supply Chain teams on daily operations to support deliveries of all Lenovo products to our EMEA Business Partners and Customers.

You will work with our Logistics Providers, to manage shipments via Air freight, Ocean freight, Rail, Truck & Multi model, to meet our Service level and Cost Targets, while continually optimizing and improving our Logistics network.


In addition, you will be taking care of:

- Logistics Network Exception Management
- EDI weight discrepancy and document errors
- Delivery address issues and Customer specific delivery requirements
- Customer Deferral management / Customer specific delivery requirements
- In-transit Loss & Damage
- Customer Service Delivery ETA requests / Expedite delivery requests
- Change of address, and pickup and redelivery Customer / Business Partner Refusals Proof of Delivery requests
- Other Customer and Sales Team requests/e-mails
- Provider Performance Management Daily/Weekly
- Understand KPIs and detractors and E2E regional network - propose improvements / Participate in Regional improvement Projects

Position Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics operations, preferably more, and in an IT company or similar industry.

- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain, but other relevant subjects are accepted and an advantage
- excellent written and spoken English
- strong professional communications skills
- experience in a fast moving operations environment, and show a track record of strong team work in Global Companies, or across multiple countries
- good level of analytical and problem solving skills.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part.
