Description and Requirements

  • Strategic Account responsibility for 6~8 International retailers. Ensuring strong Senior Executive engagement and alignment of priorities. Negotiation of terms, performance tracking and optimizing the ROI from any Group/International commercial agreements. Seeking group deals (BTS, BF, xmas etc) where incremental to the local plans and coordinating the sku selection, pricing and operational implementation with our local teams.
  • Drive the International retailer engagement to accelerate business growth & strategic plans via QBRs.
  • Leadership and organization of the annual Top 25 strategic retailer engagement – coordination of the internal stakeholders, alignment with local teams and preparation of the content with the WW and EMEA BU teams. Objective of constantly driving the professionalism and collaborative planning with the top retailers to ensure we maximise SOW, brand premium by anticipating customer expectations and market and technology trends.
  • Foster a strong internal community and forum of the local Key Account Managers to share best practice, lessons or learnings from different markets, alignment across the markets for the International retailers and to gauge feedback on strategic initiatives.
  •  Pro-actively support & collaborate across business groups to find synergies for the benefit of One Lenovo, such as:
    - Leverage our strategic relations to include the Moto team at the top table and to seek out new opportunities and potential joint activities, launches etc.
    - Collaboration with global organization esp. Consumer BU and Strategic Alliance partners (AMD, Intel, Microsoft, Google) to leverage their relations and support.
    - Push and support breakthrough growth areas (devices & services)
  • Manage and lead the Amazon content team (4 staff) based in Bratislava, and ensure they deliver the highest level of service to the markets (UK/FR/IB/IT/NL/SW) and constantly improve the way our products are represented and the CX scores including the conversion rate.
  • Help develop the sales curriculum for our Key Account Managers and the evolution of their role, skills and training. Specifically own the Consumer Sales certification program and coach and support our sellers in their annual Certification.
