Who We Are Looking For

  • The candidate will support the Head of Executive Remuneration on Lenovo’s annual executive compensation projects such as Annual VP+ Promotion, Executive LTI program implementation. This role will provide compensation related on-boarding for new executives, and answer queries from HR leaders. Additionally, this role will provide total rewards consulting support to clients from corporate functions.
  • The right candidate has a proven ability to grasp business needs and understand how compensation programs support the attainment of those objectives. They have experience in all areas of Global Compensation: Job evaluation, bonus programs, severance programs, executive compensation, equity awards, executive offers, promotions, retention programs.
  • To be successful, the candidate needs to be a strategic business partner, with demonstrable experience uncovering business needs, making recommendations and developing solutions. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic! Critical skills for this role are adaptive communication, organization, problem-solving and ability to influence.

Who You Will Work With

  • You will work alongside the Global Executive Compensation team, and report directly to the Executive Director – Global Executive Compensation and Equity Programs. To ensure business needs and programs are coordinated and communicated effectively, you and the team will partner with teammates across the Global Rewards organization as well as the HRBP, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Legal and Finance Organizations.


  • Over 8 years of progressive compensation experience, with strength in global compensation program design and execution. We will need candidates to either come from a consultancy background focusing in Executive Compensation design, or worked in a sizable organization with focus in global compensation management.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments in compensation in China and globally, including relevant legal issues.
  • High integrity: able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Adheres to code of conduct; acts responsibly, protects the reputation of the company
  • A team-mate with a flexible mindset. You develop balanced relationships with senior business leaders, HR leaders, and employees and develop collaboration within and across multiple teams
