Description and Requirements

Core R&R's Manage Lenovo Manufacturing’s risk mitigation program and subordinate processes and extended team’s specific to our Global Mfg Footprint Develop process for initial risk review assessment per mfg location based on services and goods to be provided and potential risk areas identified Collaborates with Global Supply Chain to provide elevated review and advisory services of risk areas for mfg sites or unique circumstances that could impact business continuity Act as subject matter expert to benchmark mfg risk management externally to define best practices and continuously improve our program Coordinate cross-organizationally to ensure risks are disseminated, coordinated, and mitigated via a standard analysis and mitigation process Provide key program metrics to leadership in a dashboard format Collaborate with internal Security and Data teams to leverage new technology to improve mfg risk identification Manage Lenovo’s Mfg risk management framework, including identification and prioritization of all risk factors Address and track reported risk events, potential risk areas, and ensure they are appropriately mitigated
