Position Description:

•    Report to the SSG controller 

•   Key contact in the strategic planning and driving of the continuous improvement and transformation in SSG Finance;

•    Work collaboratively with BTIT to develop detailed work plans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards;

•    Interacts with the leadership team, which involves driving or influencing on significant matters;

•   Focus on all finance enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy;

•   End-to-end process management for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives;

•   Process re-engineering by optimizing end-to-end finance processes in SSG Finance Operations, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Costing or Closing & Consolidation; Driving BMS, following up actions, quarterly disclosures process etc.

•    Ad-hoc projects management both for short-term and long-term project assignments.

Position Requirements:

•    Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related subjects;

•    Above 5 years of experience in one or more: Consulting experience, Implementing regional finance project operations or business process transformation and/or multiple regions/global project management;

•    CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus

•    IT background, SAP, SFDC, Qlik, Power BI, Anaplan skill is plus

•    Advanced data analysis and documentation skills;

•    Able to deliver good results in a a fast-paced, demanding environment

•    Self-motivated and be able to motivate team; 

   Language requirement - Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
