Description and Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Regular Interlock with Product managers to discuss EMEA specific product materials
  • Manage the content of Product materials within our internal Marketing tools
  • Liaise with external Translation Agency to create material translations in various European languages
  • Creating Banners for marketing communications such as Product Newsletters and Sales Alerts
  • Visualization of various product playbooks
  • Act as point of contact for various EMEA Sales Portals
  • Interlock with functional teams like Services Team, Marketing team etc.
  • Support of other administrative tasks related to ad-hoc tasks to assist product launches, new product alerts, supply alerts etc.

Position Requirements:
  • University education
  • Minimum 3-5 year working experience in similar position and/or proven track of succeeding in the role

Soft skills:

• Strong communication skills

• Passion for IT and Technologies & Good overview about Lenovo product portfolio

• Self-starter, able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

• Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures

• Structured and Stress resistant person with a creative side

• Flexible

• Quick learner

Language Requirements:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Technical Skills:
• Ability to work with various software packages, MS Office, Adobe  - Advanced,

  • Power Point presentations – advanced 
  • CMS – desired

• Experience with Mailings SW (Marketo, Emarsys, PoliteMail, Outlook) – nice to have
• Experience with AEM/Adobe Experience Manager- nice to have

 Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
