The function of the Sr Sales Rep is to provide direct support to the Sales Manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective local clients, to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.THIS POSITION IS LOCATED 100% IN BARRANQUILLA, COLOMBIA.
Understand customer needs and requirements• Identify decision makers, set appointments, qualify opportunities and manage the entire sales process through closing• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory• Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals• Maintain and manage a large pipeline while accurately forecasting to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.• Proven 5-7 years of sales experience in Corporate accounts.• Track record of over-achieving quota• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Strong listening and presentation skills• prioritize, and manage time effectively.
