Description and Requirements

This Sr. Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals within Motorola Peru Accounts.

  • Accountable for development and execution of an account sales strategy which will feed into the Business plan. 
  • Responsible for revenue, margins, and expenses for Motorola (MBG) business in Peru.
  • Represents Lenovo and Motorola brands with our Top costumers and persuades them to partner with us in the near and long term. 
  • Also responsible for representing the customer perspective to internal teams. 
  • Accountable for decisions that have a direct impact on Lenovo Mobile Group unit.
  • Defines the customer interface for key accounts in Lenovo MBG unit. 

Scope of Responsibilities: Personally responsible for Motorola Peru accounts. Considered an industry expert. Establishes and directs many levels of multi-functional (marketing, sales support, supply chain, etc.) direct interfaces between Lenovo MBG and customer resources to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and account plan execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required with a minimum 2 years of Account Management experience.
  • Proven account management and sales leadership is required
  • Expert on Telecom business / industry.
  • Ability to initiate and build excellent working relationships with highest level customer contacts, diverse decision makers and influencers required
  • Must be self-motivated and operate without supervision. 
  • Creates and uses sales tools; excellent communication, business/marketing skills a must, and strong financial and computer skills required.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment (we are looking for a team player)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Peru´s Telecommunication industry trends, future industry priorities, opportunities, and threats.
  • Experience creating new business strategies
  • Capable of offering solid guidance to customers in order to create market changing approaches. 
  • Sets strong precedent for innovation and personal expertise in developing creative ideas, solutions, method and techniques. 
  • Sets stage for success through strategic customer interface.
