Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior management
  • Manage calendar, telephone calls, correspondence and business contacts
  • Coordinate and support business meetings, conference, events with internal/external parties within/across regions
  • Arrange air-tickets, hotel accommodations and logistics arrangement of business trips
  • Handle expenses reimbursement
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with formal secretarial training, University graduate will be advantageous
  • Minimum 7 years secretarial experience in sizable multinational company
  • Good at complicated international travel arrangement
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good time management, able to manage multi-tasks and willing to do extra tasks
  • Strong attention to details, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Pleasant, proactive, mature with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great sense of ownership and good team spirit
  • Proficient PC knowledge in Outlook, Microsoft Teams Meeting, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
