Description and Requirements

Job Summary

Due to rapid growth across Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG), we are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for roles within the Americas Solutions and Services business.

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical and services talent while providing an exceptional experience for both Hiring Managers and Candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, leading end-to-end hiring strategies—from defining talent needs and sourcing strategies to candidate selection, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in identifying and engaging passive, high-caliber talent in competitive markets, particularly within IT services, solutions delivery, consulting, and technical sales environments. This role plays a critical part in building strong talent pipelines that support SSG’s continued growth and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles within the Americas Solutions & Services organization.

  • Lead hiring for emerging and strategic skill sets across services delivery, solutions architecture, consultative sales, managed services, and advanced technology roles.

  • Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with business growth plans and workforce needs.

  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive, high-quality candidates.

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including headhunting, Boolean search, competitive intelligence, social recruiting, talent mapping, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future-facing roles to ensure readiness for business demand.

  • Leverage recruiting tools, platforms, and professional networks to attract top technical and consulting talent.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers to define success profiles, hiring priorities, and interview strategies.

  • Provide guidance on market competitiveness, compensation benchmarking, and hiring timelines.

  • Manage requisition prioritization and hiring progress while maintaining clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality candidate slates that meet defined requirements.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates regarding process updates, feedback, and offer discussions.

  • Represent Lenovo’s employer brand with professionalism and integrity.

Offer Management & Negotiation

  • Develop and negotiate competitive offers including base compensation, incentives, equity/LTI, relocation, and immigration considerations where applicable.

  • Partner closely with HR and compensation teams to ensure offers align with company policies and market benchmarks.

Process Excellence & Collaboration

  • Maintain recruiting data accuracy and compliance within ATS and reporting systems.

  • Monitor recruiting performance through funnel metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

  • Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives or special projects supporting SSG’s talent strategy.

  • Support workforce planning discussions by providing talent market insights, analytics, and hiring forecasts.


Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, with demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive talent.

  • Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting in complex or fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic recruiting advisor.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience within technology, IT services, consulting, or solutions-led organizations.

  • Experience hiring for services delivery, solutions architecture, managed services, or consultative sales roles.

  • Demonstrated strength in passive sourcing, talent market intelligence, and competitive research.

  • Prior experience leading projects or initiatives within Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics and data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Work Model

We follow a friendly hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office to foster collaboration, innovation, and connection across teams.
