  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across the Americas (intake to close).
  • Drive structured, consistent hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and experience.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while keeping stakeholders aligned and engaged.

Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy

  • Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive talent.
  • Develop pipelines for critical and recurring roles (market mapping + targeted outreach).

Stakeholder Management

  • Lead intakes, align on process design, and maintain strong cadence and transparency.
  • Influence hiring decisions using data, candidate insights, and recruiting expertise.
  • Challenge assumptions respectfully and move teams toward data-informed outcomes.

Offer Support & Closing

  • Partner with HR/Compensation on competitive, market-aligned offers.
  • Bring insights on candidate motivators and market conditions to improve acceptance rates.
  • Support compliant, timely offer processes.

Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate ATS data and contribute to reporting and TA initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and elevate the stakeholder experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in fast-paced or complex environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
