Description and Requirements

In this role, you will be overseeing recruitment for a pivotal business unit, collaborating closely with line managers, crafting and executing strategic recruitment solutions across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will:

  • Develop and implement hiring strategies leveraging market insights
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job intake to onboarding
  • Leverage regional recruitment expertise to support hiring across multiple locations
  • Cultivate a robust talent pipeline by fostering relationships with past applicants and potential hires
  • Innovatively expand recruitment channels to engage passive candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehensively understand recruitment needs
  • Ensure timely completion of approvals, reports, and documentation

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 5–7 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or within a recruitment agency
  • Experience in IT or technology-related industries is preferred
  • Regional recruitment experience is an advantage
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment expertise, including proficiency in diverse interview techniques and assessment methods
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines and leverage social media and professional networks for sourcing
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese
