The Job
Operate and maintain radio, TV, and transmission systems to ensure uninterrupted broadcast services
Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance (down to board level) across studios, control rooms, and transmission sites
Support live broadcasting, studio setup, and outside broadcasts (OB) including major events and news production
Work on transmitting stations, including maintenance and optimization of signal quality
Conduct field testing and signal measurements, resolving reception issues and enhancing service performance
Provide 24/7 technical support in a mission-critical environment
Contribute to system upgrades, enhancement projects, and technology improvements
The Person
Diploma or above in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical / Information Engineering / Multimedia or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ experience in broadcast engineering or transmission systems
Hands-on experience in TV/radio operations, control rooms, studios, or transmission equipment
Strong skills in technical troubleshooting and system maintenance
Comfortable working in a shift-based / 24x7 operational environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in Master Control Room (MCR), studio production, or live broadcast environments
Exposure to transmission network, RF systems, or field signal testing
Fresh graduates & Candidates with less experience are also welcome
