Description and Requirements

We are growing our market share, which created an opportunity for a new key person to join our Nordic Service Delivery Organization! The Delivery Specialist reports to the Regional Service Delivery Manager and will support widely different Lenovo teams and partners in Norway and Sweden.

Your main responsibilities are to:

• Support service delivery execution on Customer Experience, SLAs and cost to Lenovo commercial customers via our Service Partners.

• Support with sales and customer escalations. Complaints root cause analysis and action-plan tracking.

• Perform and assist with business consultation over the escalated and non-routine issues of services.

• Assist on-site support service processes, supporting and instructing service partners. Reviewing the quality of the work provided by partners.

• Coordinate with internal teams to identify root causes and perform resolutions.

• Supporting for critical situation co-ordination in the region.

• Service processes improvement and standardization.

• Acting to local sales teams as Trusted advisor in end2end service delivery process.

Position Requirements

• 1-3 years of service delivery or customer specialist experience in the technology industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Service Delivery front- and back-end knowledge.

• Experience handling customer special cases.

• Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated.

• Understanding of typical Services and Warranty legal terms is a great advantage.

• Solid interpersonal skills to work across global teams to deliver results.

• Fluency in Norwegian/Swedish and English.
