Description and Requirements

Position Description:
• Proactive design service solution or trigger new service model based on product specification and price band 
• Represent issues and concerns of regional service teams regarding specific consumer notebook series decisions including contract terms with ODM/OEM vendors and cost benefit/impact 
• Manage launch readiness of specific consumer notebook offerings for our regional service teams 
• Measure service performance of product in the field and drive improvement action plans back to both the product teams and extended service teams as required 

Position Requirements:
• 4 yr degree or equivalent 
• Knowledge of Product Development or Service Delivery 
• Familiar with project management and lean six sigma methodology 
• Positive and proactive 
• Strong Communication skills and presenting skills Fluent written and spoken English
