Description and Requirements

Service Fulfillment Specialist Job Description

1. CRM management: Monitor CRM on daily basis and propose preventative actions with related functions
2. Customer platform ISCT management: confirm forecast on platform.
3. Customer Order Management: Monitor orders status in ECC system from customer from 3 GEOs。
4. Exceptional Customer Order Management: Check pending orders at CRM and resolve pricing issues with GCM, Finance, etc.
5. Critical Customer Order Management: Coordinate with internal team OE,GSM to expedite for order highlighted by customer as critical and send feedback to customer asap.
6. Customer Order Change Request Management: Manage change request from customer and raise change request to customer based on SOE's feedback.
7. Credit management: Check blocked SO in backlog and coordinate with Finance to increase the limit to push customer to clear AR asap or force release.
8. AR management: Compare weekly payment schedule from IBM to billings in our system line by line. Coordinate and resolve discrepancies. Send to Finance to clear AR.
9. Con-call: Collect inquiries from customers, SSM, SOE and prepare well before the meeting and attend con-call with customer.
10. Others.
