Description and Requirements

Job Description 
•Take the role of Service (Spare) Parts quality management (especially on high value parts like Mother Board and LCD) – DOA (Dead Of Arrival) index control
•Focus more on Service Front End, and to drive the improvement
•CID (Customer Induced Damage) End to End management in Reverse Supply Chain
•Microsoft Dynamic (Field Service Order Management System) focal at SSC

Job Requirement
•Bachelor and above degree majoring in engineering Area for 2+ years’ experience, PC related HW/SW IT Technology background is preferred
•Sense of Supply Chain and Services will be highly valued
•Good at Project management, complex problem root cause analyzing and solving, overviewed standing point is necessary
•Skillful on communication along with Logical thinking, Data sense or capability, self-driven and team-work spirit will be highly recognized 
•English speaking as daily working language
